In June 2015, Trócaire co-hosted a major conference 'Meeting the Challenge of Climate Justice: From Evidence to Action' at Maynooth University.
The conference brought together some of the world’s leading voices on climate science, climate justice and climate activism.
Keynote speakers included Mary Robinson, Bill McKibben, co-founder of 350.org, and Professor Jean-Pascal van Ypersele, Vice-Chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
