Peace and Justice - Early Childhood

Early Childhood

These activities use play-based methods to make connections between children’s own experience of the topic of “Neighbours,” and the communities Trócaire works with in South Sudan. They are linked to Aistear themes, and align with the Northern Ireland Foundation / Key Stage 1 curriculum. They are also suitable for Junior Primary.

The Guide for Educators, below, provides an overview of the resources and some ways you might like to use them.

If you would like to further explore how to introduce these resources in your classroom, sign up here for our free CPD workshop for early childhood educators
