'We are trying to stay alive'

Women now, SyriaWe have received heart-breaking messages from people we work with Damascus who are living in fear as bombs fall all around them.

"Our colleagues are trying to stay alive with their families in the dark and ill-equipped shelter," said one message. "The shelters are not supplied with enough water or food, and children have not seen sunshine for weeks."
