Saturday, the 12th October, saw the Dublin launch of ‘The Eyes of the Storm’— an inspiring photo exhibition that shines a light on the brave individuals fighting on the frontlines of the climate breakdown.

As well as sharing their powerful stories, this exhibition also urges people on the island of Ireland to join the climate movement and stand together in solidarity with those most affected by the climate crisis.

A launch full of inspiration

As the global coordinator of the Loss and Damage Youth Coalition, Ineza Grace leads hundreds of young people from around the world in advocating for climate action. She also founded The Green Protector, which engages thousands of children and youth in climate education in Rwanda.

Ineza gave a powerful speech on Saturday, inspiring the crowd that had assembled. She was joined by renowned classical and flamenco guitarist Arash Kazemi, as well as Garry Walsh and Sibéal Devilly, who spoke about political engagement and concrete steps we can all take to maximise our collective impact.
