Multi-award winning producer and director John McColgan recently travelled to the West Bank and Gaza with Trócaire to document the lives of people living a daily reality of military occupation and economic blockade.

The exhibition features striking images of Palestinian communities whose homes have been demolished, whose land has been seized and whose families have endured almost 50 years of military occupation. In Gaza, McColgan photographed families whose children were killed during the 2014 Israeli invasion.

John first exhibited a collection of his images from the trip at the Royal Hibernian Academy Gallery (RHA) in October 2016.
