English
Policy and Programmes
28 Feb 2014
The 2003/2004 Trócaire Development Review addresses the question of conflict and the role that peacebuilding has to play within it. These issues are discussed from a variety of viewpoints: the relationship of state-NGO-markets in peacebuilding, the strengthening of global security, civil society activities in post-conflict Angola, political conflict settlement in Columbia, and coordinated initiatives which understand the underlying causes of conflicts.
In addition, the distribution of aid more generally and the role accountability plays within this distribution is examined. Finally, several recently-published key texts on development are reviewed.
About the Trócaire Development Review
