Trócaire's submission on Budget 2017 calls on Government to renew progress towards the 0.7% target for Overseas Development Assistance. The submission goes on to propose a cross-party initiative to look at how progress can then be sustained over the medium term so that Ireland delivers on its commitment to 0.7%.
