The 50 years of EU-ACP co-operation under threat

A briefing paper focusing on the Economic Partnership Agreements (EPA) trade negotiations between the Africa Caribbean Pacific (ACP) group and the EU. As well as critiquing the current destructive role the EU are playing in these negotiations, this paper considers what Ireland should do now to ensure the EU delivers on its commitments to the ACP.
