A briefing paper summarising key lessons from Trócaire's evaluation of their work using the poverty reduction strategy paper(PRSP) initiative. Trócaire's aims to combine support for partners' advocacy work at country level with its efforts to influence World Bank and IMF policy at an international level are discussed under this framework.
