Putting people and planet first: a CONCORD policy paper

A CONCORD-Beyond 2015 European Task Force (ETF) report which outlines their preferred development framework after the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) conclude in 2015.  The ETF, of which Trócaire is a member, calls for the post-2015 framework to take into consideration global changes that have arisen since the MDGs were designed at the turn of the century.
