Trócaire’s Strategic Framework 2016 – 2021 charts the organisation’s agenda for the next 5 years. Within it, Trócaire aims to improve the quality and scale of Trócaire’s humanitarian response. 2015 has witnessed an unprecedented level of humanitarian need. 60 million
people are now displaced – the highest since World War II. Conflict and climate-induced disasters continue to create enormous suffering. Humanitarian work is a distinct aspect of Trócaire’s work, and yet it is critical in striving to reach our development goals. We must respond to these growing crises.
