Gender Pay report 2024

Trócaire’s vision is to be a truly inclusive and equitable organisation, where our belief in the dignity, rights and agency of every human being is lived out in our everyday lives, and where our employees, leadership and governance structures reflect the diversity of the people in the contexts in which we work.

2024 is the first year that Trócaire has conducted a Gender Pay Gap report for the Republic of Ireland country office (which includes colleagues on assignment to programme countries). The report contributes to our understanding of the composition of gender make up of colleagues across roles and management composition.
