Countdown to 2015: Can Ireland and the EU save the Millennium Development Goals?

A briefing paper focusing on the role of Ireland and the EU in successful or unsuccessful delivery of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). As well as discussing progress of the goals so far, the paper also provides recommendations to the Irish Government and EU leadership on how to salvage the goals and ensure progress by 2015.
