Civil society policy networks in Ethiopia: agents of change?

Using case studies of four Ethiopian civil society networks, this report highlights key differences between these networks in terms of structure, membership, and donor influence. In addition, it considers how the network functions approach could help networks adapt to new Ethiopian legislation placing restrictions on the activities of externally-funded organisations.
