CIDSE – Caritas submission to World Bank/IMF 2005 PRSP review

A background paper by CIDSE and Caritas Internationalis examining on the impact and experiences of the poverty reduction strategy papers (PRSPs) by recipient countries. In addressing review comments made by the IMF and World Bank, this paper concludes that national policy decision-making must be brought within a country-owned, participatory, accountable decision-making framework.
