Aid and budget transparency in Mozambique: constraints for civil society and government (Portuguese)

A study examining some of the constraints faced by governments, parliament and civil society in maintaining transparency of aid and budgets in Mozambique. In particular, recommendations about the preparation and implementation of national budget, the role of overseeing this process, and the monitoring of the process are provided.
