Ireland has agreed to provide €100 million over the next 3 years to help poor countries adapt to the impact of climate change. This help is badly needed.

But the government is still playing hide and seek with this money.  Will the money be taken from the overseas aid budget and given a different name?  We want to make sure it is not!
