PREPARING YOUR DESIGN

Use of materials

You may use any type of paper, white, coloured, rough or smooth. The work that you submit may be drawn or painted in pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, crayon, pastel, watercolour, gouache, acrylics, oils, poster colour and collage. Alternatively, it may be submitted in digital format in any artwork software. Prints created from a lino block, wood blocks or any other methods may also be submitted.

Originality

Your work should be original and reflect the positive work of Trócaire.

Considerations

The Trócaire Box is the main tool we use to fundraise during Lent. How will your class inspire people to donate?

In addition to fundraising the box also informs and educates the people of Ireland about our work. How will your design support this?

The more your class learn about Trócaire and our work the better your chances of winning.
Please use our Lent 2012 resources to inspire and inform your class to create a stronger Trócaire box design.
