Trócaire does not collect any personal information from visitors to its website other than information that is knowingly and willingly given. This personal data is stored in-house on our computerised systems to enable us to keep our supporters informed of Trócaire's work and how donations are used.

However, Trócaire assumes no responsibility for the security of information. All payments by credit card over the internet are processed through a secure server by Realex on our behalf.

If you require a full or partial refund of your donation to Trócaire, please call our Dublin office on 01-6293333 or email ddixon@trocaire.ie. For Northern Ireland and UK, please call our Belfast office at 028 9080 8030 or email infoni@trocaire.ie and we will organise your refund without delay.
